Taken from the famous Mantau in China, Blue Sky is the local pioneer to research and develop since 1987, in which is now popular among all generations. The uniqueness of Blue Sky Mantau is in its high quality of ingredients. Combined with "dried chili spiced beef" (Daging Sapi Cabe Kering), our mantau is excellent as appetizer, or as healthy snack.
We take pride in our secret recipe not only for the great taste, but also for the minimal deep fried oil residue.
THE BALIKPAPAN STORY
Blue Sky Hotel & Mantau, together with the Balikpapan city council held an event back in 2015 to break the record of eating 2,000 pieces of mantau at the same time.
